Unexpected events or challenges such as accidents, injuries, and workplace stress can severely impact one's life and ability to work. At My Mirror, our registered Psychologists are here to provide assessment, treatment, and support to help clients overcome these difficulties. We offer assistance for a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, pain management, interpersonal adjustment, grief, loss, and life adjustment, to name a few.  

Once My Mirror has gained approval for your treatment, you will not be charged for your sessions as they will be covered under the Insurance company and claimed directly from the Insurer. 

The number of sessions is determined on a case-by-case basis by the Insurer.

It's important to note that if you receive treatment through Workers Compensation, information collected during your assessment and treatment will be able to be accessed by your insurer and the Psychologist will be required to report back to your insurer about their assessment of your condition as well as your progress in treatment.
