Hi, I'm Beverly

I have many years experience working as a Psychologist in Australia and the UK. I work with people who have mild to moderate mental health issues.

I have experience working with a wide diversity of people across the lifespan who present with a broad range of mental health issues. I have worked in many roles providing psychological services in one to one and group settings. I have experience supporting clients in achieving successful graded return to work plans. I have facilitated groups on self-esteem, anxiety and depression.

My Approach

I am experienced in many therapeutic techniques including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based CBT (MBCBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work with people who suffer from trauma, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, and with those who have sustained psychological injuries in the workplace. I aim to provide a safe space for clients to feel heard as they talk through their issues without judgment. Clients working with me can expect to learn coping skills and strategies to improve their mental health. They will gain self-awareness and insight, confidence in their own ability to better manage their emotional wellbeing, and importantly, hope for the future.
