Hi, I'm Jeni

Hi, I'm Jeni
I love to help women create a quick breakthrough or change in an area of their life that is causing a struggle at the moment. It could be a relationship issue, adjustment to a situation that has occurred, a loss of some sort, for example. I love to co-create quick but lasting transformations in women's lives with proven and powerful techniques that work.

Note that I work with women only. I do not provide therapy to women with serious mental health issues/backgrounds, complex PTSD, or Borderline Personality Disorder.

I live in NSW, Australia and I am a married mum of twin boys. I love cats and keeping fit with the sport Crossfit. I love to travel, eat at restaurants with friends and family and I also DJ at parties. I also love reading novels on my Kindle cuddled up with my cat Strudel.
My personality is warm and bubbly and I have a good sense of humour.

My Approach

I work in an empathically curious and validating manner that is anchored to scientific literature and informed by practice-based evidence. I have been told that I make my clients feel at ease with my non-judgemental, and insightful style.

I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist in many different settings for over 17 years and work with various approaches including cognitive and behaviour therapy, schema focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma processing approaches, motivational interviewing and behaviour change, and interpersonal therapy.
