I am genuinely invested in helping you with the challenges that bring you to therapy and I am committed in supporting you to maintain positive growth and wellbeing. I am motivated to empower and guide you towards whatever changes you want to make in your life, whether they are short term goals or longer-term growth.

With a background in trauma-informed practice, I believe that holistic health is the cornerstone of mental wellbeing and I am passionate in supporting you in understanding and strengthening your relationship between your mind, body and emotional self.

I have extensive experience working with adults and young people across various settings including public and private psychiatric hospitals and numerous private and community settings.

I acknowledge the transformative nature of therapy and my goal is to provide a flexible and versatile approach that is attuned to your evolving needs. I enjoy working together to help you discover points of deeper reflection and equip you with practical skills.

Throughout therapy, I draw from numerous treatment modalities that I have trained in including Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
