Hi, I'm Katerina

I support clients in understanding their emotions, relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives. By exploring the roots of these patterns, I help people gain insight and create the change they want to see in their lives.

We all face moments when our choices don’t align with our happiness, or when the weight of the past feels overwhelming. In these times, having someone to talk to can make all the difference.

In our work together, I’ll guide you through understanding the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be holding you back. By looking at the whole picture — including how your body and mind are connected — we can identify and shift patterns that no longer serve you.

Whether you're dealing with specific challenges or simply want to understand yourself better, I’m here to help. Let's work together to address your past and present struggles, and build a path toward a more fulfilling future.
