Hi, I'm Natalie

Helping you to get the maximum benefit out of every session.

I am a Generally Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I was first registered in 2008 and have worked in various settings including schools, hospitals, prisons and private practice.

I like to work together collaboratively to understand the difficulties that you are experiencing and to identify the underlying mechanisms maintaining them. Although I have academic and professional training in psychology, you have personally lived through your experiences and bring your own knowledge to the sessions. I believe that together we can combine these strengths towards recovery.

I will regularly check in with you during the session to make sure you feel we are focused on areas that will give you the maximum benefit. I can tailor sessions to accommodate what you need the most and I use feedback-informed treatment at the end of sessions to further elicit information on how I can best assist you.

My Approach

I have worked with clients from a variety of ages and backgrounds for various conditions although I have a special interest in depression and anxiety disorders. I use interventions such as cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and motivational interviewing.
