Hi, I'm Sharon

Psychology has always been my passion. Having worked in diverse multicultural settings, the need for human connection and understanding remains universal, prompting me to take a client centred approach in all that I do.

I pride myself on being approachable and down to earth. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults using a strength-based approach to empower clients and enhance well-being. I work with you collaboratively to identify goals and achieve successful outcomes. My reward is witnessing the growth in others. I am here to support you through whatever challenges you might be facing whether it's assistance to get through a difficult time or something more serious.

My Approach

I have years of experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I enjoy collaborating with clients to provide treatment matched to individual needs to improve routines and promote recovery. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, Gottman level two couples therapy, and Motivational Interviewing
