About the host: Rachel Tomlinson

Rachel Tomlinson, My Mirror's clinical manager, is a Registered Psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience. She has worked in areas such as domestic violence, trauma counselling, and parenting support. Rachel is the author of two books, Teaching Kids to be Kind and A Blue Kind of Day, and is a frequent media expert featured on TV, radio, and parenting websites. She has also lectured and presented at national and international conferences.
